After moving to Switzerland in my early 20’s, I enjoyed an international communications career but continued to build on my “preventive care” knowledge base by studying and practicing homeopathy, anthroposophy, dream work and holistic nutrition. These methods proved immensely helpful for the challenging moments of raising a family in a foreign country. In 2003, I received a Swiss certified diploma (4 years) in Astrological Psychology. After relocating to California in 04′, I held a leadership position for The Wellness City Challenge, a community based grass roots movement. Wanting to continue my ongoing love of spiritual studies, I was led to further certification programs in Bach Flower Therapy and Akashic Records.
Though I appreciate the necessity of conventional medicine, I am dedicated to building awareness of illness prevention through nature based approaches to healthcare and lifestyle. I hope to continue inspiring and supporting my clients, friends and community to consider alternatives when making decisions regarding their healthcare.
